Growing up, I experienced math as a series of steps to memorize and repeat, often feeling disconnected from the world around me.
Everything changed when I discovered the true beauty of math: the intricate patterns, the deep relationships, and the power of big ideas. I realized that math is not just a school requirement; it is a lens to make sense of the real world and a tool to imagine the abstract.
I founded Thinking Lion so math can be something meaningful, engaging, and empowering. Our team meets students right where they are, connecting new ideas to what they already know so they can develop the intuition and thinking skills they need for life.
